Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales by engaging new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Manage and develop client opportunities to initiate and maintain favorable relationships.
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Deliver sales presentations to the customers you manage.
- Achieve the assigned sales targets (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, & Yearly).
- Follow up on the collection of invoices as per the agreed contract with the client.
- Align fully with company objectives and work policy.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions/activities daily to your direct manager and through CRM (HubSpot).
- Provide effective solutions for customers; detect and amplify add-on sales opportunities in cooperation with the applicable Sales Director and product management.
- Stay abreast of developments and business opportunities in the markets you cover, focusing on appropriate sales, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with technical solution expertise.
- Proven record of achievement in a similar position.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in PC applications.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
