Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about ensuring smooth order fulfillment? We want you to join our team! As an Order Processing Officer, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring accurate and timely processing while supporting broader operational functions to ensure seamless operations in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently through various platforms (online, email, phone, etc.).
  • Ensure all order details are correct, including product specifications, quantities, and customer information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders.
  • Track and monitor order status, providing regular updates to customers regarding order progress, delivery timelines, and any potential delays.
  • Handle order discrepancies, returns, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all orders in the order management system.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for processing and fulfilling customer orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order processing cycle.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to schedule deliveries and ensure the efficient movement of goods.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to order volumes, processing times, and delivery performance to identify trends and improve processes.
  • Help the sales team by providing updates on order status, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Analyze order trends and performance to identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the order fulfillment process.
  • Support customer service teams in addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Suggest process improvements to streamline operations and enhance order processing efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or operations roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and order management systems (OMS).
