Are you skilled at developing innovative solutions and delivering compelling demonstrations? We want you on our Pre-sales team! Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions and create compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
- Ensure solutions align with best practices and client requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
- Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFIs and RFPs.
- Liaise with Product Managers to provide client feedback on product requirements.
- Prioritize efforts based on maximizing team productivity and profit.
- Proactively scope technical solutions to address customer requirements and recommend value-optimizing solutions.
- Secure input from necessary stakeholders within the customer firm.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales and technology partners to align solution design with business requirements.
- Secure commitments from customer technical staff to ensure a deal's "technical close."
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in designated product lines and market areas.
- Provide coaching and professional development to team members to enhance their technical skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor customer support for proposed technical solutions and alert teams to potential risks to deal closure.
Required Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum five years of pre-sales experience in the telecom/IT sector.
- Proven record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a sales role.
- Engineering or equivalent technical credential.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in PC applications.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
