Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Coordination: Assist with scheduling, coordinating appointments, and organizing resources.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain records of sales orders, contracts, invoices, and client communications.
- Client Liaison: Serve as a client point of contact for inquiries, order tracking, and after-sales support.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for the sales team.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports, tracking metrics like leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Sales Collateral Development: Develop and organize sales collateral, presentations, and product information sheets.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders, verify client information, and confirm order details.
- CRM Management: Update and manage CRM with accurate client and sales data.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams on sales activities and promotions.
- Training Support: Assist in training and onboarding new sales support team members.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
- Client Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
