Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to enhancing accounting workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working in or with an audit firm is a significant plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
