Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about accounting? We want you on our team! As a Tamheer Accountant Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our operations in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, providing insights for variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for tax filings.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for financial improvement.
- Manage the invoicing process, including issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
- Support payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
- Provide financial advice and support to management and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
