Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about operations management? We want you on our team! As a Tamheer Operation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various operational tasks, ensuring efficient processes, and supporting our offices in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage authenticated locations and renew subscriptions, national addresses, and mailboxes.
- Follow up on mail shipments and issue/attest letters with the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce.
- Issue invitation letters and manage office licenses with MOFA and Balady.
- Handle renewals for required licenses and certificates, and follow up on invoices.
- Manage accounts with Modon for warehouses and factories.
- Review and authenticate office rent contracts with Ejar.
- Oversee telecommunications services, including service requests and bill follow-ups.
- Manage lease renewals and entry permits for offices and warehouses.
- Supervise supplies and maintenance for all locations.
- Coordinate logistics and follow up on project requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Languages, or related field.
0-2 years in operations management or administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent communication.
Professional in Microsoft Office.
